Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This applies to online purchases only.

The cancellation request must be submitted within this period via email:

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product free of charge.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds
The product must be in perfect condition: no signs of use, damage, or defects.

If possible, return the item in its original packaging, including labels, manuals, and accessories.

Please include clear photos of the product in your return request so we can assess its condition.

Return Options
If your return is approved, you may choose from the following options:

  • A replacement product of the same type;

  • A full refund of the purchase amount;

  • An alternative product of equal value;

  • A discount code for future purchases.

Return Costs
✅ Free return shipping is available in the following cases:

  • Defective, incorrect or damaged product;

  • Return made within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Returns submitted outside the stated timeframe or without prior contact will not be accepted.

Important Return Guidelines
Send the parcel via PostNL or a recognised delivery service.

Please email the following to support@bravinistore.com:

  • A photo of the product inside the box;

  • An image of the shipping label on the parcel;

  • A shipping receipt with a visible tracking code.

Items returned without prior authorisation or outside the return guidelines will be sent back to the sender without further communication.

Refund Processing Time
After receiving and approving the returned product, we will process the refund within the following timeframes:

  • Credit card: up to 45 business days, depending on the card issuer;

  • iDEAL, Bancontact or other payment methods: within 14 business days.
